He was genuine and straightforward with all the costs. Then the last company that repaired our old plotter informed us they could no longer service it but would be more than happy to give us a quote to lease a new one, bad timing during COVID, we don't need any additional costs. When I reached out to EBS they could have done the same but instead they offered to service our plotter and sent over Nick T. a great tech who had it up and running again in no time. Outstanding!
