Preferences such as display language, initial log-in screen and accessibility options can be synchronized across multiple third generation imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices for consistency. This device also offers users the ability to capture, print or access documents via certain cloud applications*.
The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7565i device has an intuitive color touch-screen user interface for outstanding ease-of-use. The device comes loaded with intelligent features, like a motion sensor and the ability to automatically remove blank pages from documents when scanning. This Canon printer offers advanced document finishing options, and supports a 300-sheet capacity document feeder that can scan originals and convert them to various file types, including Searchable PDF, Microsoft® Word, and/or Microsoft® PowerPoint® files.

The HDD Encryption function on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7565i – updated to obtain FIPS 140-2 validation – allows the device to automatically encrypt the data stored on the main unit’s HDD to help limit unauthorized access to internal information.
