It looks like the winter blast is over and we have successfully made it through the snow storm. We hope you all stayed safe and warm during this last week as well.
We would like to take this time to recognize a couple of our outstanding employees that went above and beyond during this time.
Carlos Cruz, pictured here, is a 15 year veteran Senior Technician with EBM. He took the extra steps to deliver toner to a customer in need on a day when the rest of the world stayed home due to the snow!
Our technician, Dave Morse, also braved the terrible conditions to drive out to Stanwood to take care of a customer with a down machine. Great work Dave!
